General, bugs and tool requests

Email hello@clickriq.com. For a bug report, the details that let us reproduce it fastest are the tool page URL, your browser and device, the file type and approximate size, and what you expected to happen. Please do not attach files that contain sensitive information.

To suggest a new tool, tell us the task you are trying to finish and what you currently use. We build tools around a specific job people search for, so the more concrete the task, the better.

Privacy and data requests

For privacy questions, write to privacy@clickriq.com. Most tools process files in your browser and do not send them to us; the privacy policy explains what is and is not collected.

Corrections and advertising

If a guide or calculator on the site is wrong, tell us which page and what is incorrect and we will review and fix it. Ads on the site are served by Google AdSense and are labelled; if you see an ad that breaks the rules or looks unsafe, send us the page URL and we will report it. Read how we keep editorial content and ads separate on How we build Utilizzy.

The company behind it
